Rules
The Sullivan Canyon Preservation Association is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation without members. SCPA has qualified as a charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. SCPA exists to own and manage for the public benefit the open space located in Sullivan Canyon approximately one-quarter of a mile north of the intersection of Riviera Ranch Road and Old Ranch Road and extending between Old Ranch Road and Old Oak Road.
This Rule Book is intended as a resource available to all SCPA Site Users to help improve communications and to encourage a safe and community atmosphere for all to enjoy.
FROM TIME TO TIME, AND WITHOUT NOTICE, SCPA MAY, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, AMEND OR REVISE THIS RULE BOOK.
